Shipping and Delivery

Greetings from Yost. We have designed the shipment Policy listed below to make sure your shipment and delivery procedures proceed without a hitch. Before placing an order, thoroughly read and comprehend these terms and conditions.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Currently, we only deliver to US, Canadian, and French addresses.
If you wish to order from us but you’re not in this region. Please get in touch with our customer service staff, and we’ll see if we can deliver to your area.

2. SHIPPING METHOD

  • The majority of the products that Yost sells are bulk items that are delivered to the destination via “LTL” (less than truckload) shipment. LTL freight is a preferred method of delivery in the industry since it is by far the most affordable way to ship large items across the contiguous United States.
  • Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed, and orders are mailed and picked up from Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays). Currently, Yost typically distributes LTL cargo through curbside delivery because it is the most cheap option for customers.

3. TRANSPORTATION COSTS

  • Depending on the delivery zone, the size, and the weight of the item, we charge a flat shipping rate for each order. On your invoice and during the checkout process, specific shipping costs will be shown.
  • More specifically, $6.99 More specifically, $6.99 will be charged for flat shipping.
  • Orders for in-stock items placed before 1:00pm CST will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days.

4. ADDITIONAL COSTS & FEES INCURRED

Yost  has made every effort to make your shipping costs as low as possible when you place an order, unless otherwise requested at the time of checkout. Unless it is clearly stated on your purchase confirmation, you will not receive a liftgate service or the driver’s assistance in helping you unload your items.

Here are some reasons why Yost  might demand that you pay additional shipping fees before delivery:

  • A reshipping fee will be charged if the customer must change the shipping address after the item has been shipped. Your order will be sent to the delivery address specified in the order confirmation email. Contact us immediately and receive an updated order confirmation email with the new address if you need to change your shipping address.
  • The customer must pay Yost  any fees incurred as a result of missing the initial delivery appointment and requesting redelivery before setting up a new delivery date.
  • Products from the same manufacturer that have been ordered will be supplied based on which product has the longest wait time. Please let us know if you require a quick ship product to arrive sooner; however, separate shipments can cost more.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We go out of our way to deliver your merchandise in perfect shape. In the incredibly uncommon event that a cargo is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service staff as soon as possible. We will work with the delivery service to resolve the issue and, if required, arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Be mindful that Yost  reserves the right to modify our Shipping Policy at any time and without prior notice. We suggest that you frequently check this page for updates.
  • Please take pictures of the items that were damaged or lost during shipping and email them together with any necessary supporting documents to [email protected]. These photographs and documentation are a requirement for Yost  in order to replace any damaged or missing products.
  • If a shipment’s cargo is completely destroyed, utterly disorganized, and unaccountable, or if a significant product component that cannot be rapidly replaced or transferred has been significantly damaged to the point of being dangerous or defective (and not just cosmetically fixed, as with touch-up paint, for example).

6. EXCEPTIONS & MODIFICATIONS

  • Yost  may grant exceptions to specific sections of the Shipping Policy on a case-by-case basis, to the further benefit of the Customer only, and entirely at its discretion, without invalidating or changing any other terms of the Shipping Policy.

To reflect changes in products and services and to further clarify current policies, the Company has the right to modify the Shipping Policy at any time and without previous notice. The date of the most current revision should appear at the top of the Shipping Policy.
