Refund and Returns Policy

1. RESTRICTIONS APPLY

By accepting product return and/or refund requests prior to expiration, according to the conditions and limitations outlined in this Returns and Refunds Policy and as part of the Terms of Service, we safeguard the interests of the Buyer. The term “yost” is defined in the Terms of Service.

2. REFUND/RETURN REQUEST REQUIREMENTS

Buyer acknowledges that they may only do so in the following circumstances:

(1) Not getting enough of the items ordered;

(2) Receiving products that are fake or imitation;

(3) Products are faulty or are harmed in transit;

(4) Missed out on the product;

(5) The information provided by the Seller in the product description and the product that the Buyer actually receives differ noticeably;

(6) The customer received the incorrect product from the vendor (e.g., the incorrect size, color, etc.);

In compliance with the aforementioned and the yost Terms of Service, we always carefully analyze Buyer’s requests for returns or refunds and reserve the right to accept or reject them.

3. RETURN ITEM STATUS

  • Customers are urged to record or take pictures of the product as soon as they receive it and while it is being packaged for return in case there is a dispute down the road.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand-new and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original box.

In the following circumstances, a partial refund is the sole option:

(1) Any product returned after 30 days of delivery

(2) Any product that was altered, damaged, or returned for other than our error (Based on the conditions we have listed in section 2).

4. REFUNS

4.1 Important note

We are not liable for refunds or exchanges due to improper fit difficulties since your order is specially printed for you. When deciding on the style and fit of their buy, consumers incur all risks. We have included a size chart in each product page to better assist you in selecting the appropriate size. To find your perfect fit, simply click the link to the product information!

Cancellation or Modification of an Order

You have 24 hours from the time your order is placed to get in touch with us and ask for changes or a cancellation. Your order cannot be changed after 24 hours because it has been sent to production.

4.2 Damaged/Incorrect Order

We are working hard to assure order correctness and product quality. You can, however, receive a product that is wrong, damaged, or has poor printing. Thank goodness, it’s quite unique! However, if this is the case, we promise complete customer satisfaction by providing a free replacement order or a refund on the problematic goods.

All we want is your order number and a crystal-clear picture demonstrating the wrong item, the print’s poor quality, or the item’s damaged region. If you need a reprint or a refund, send us an email at [email protected] and one of our kind support staff members will arrange it for you!

4.3 Order not received

Contact one of our heroes through our contact us page if your order has not arrived 30 days after you placed it for a free replacement order or a complete refund of your transaction. (Please note that this policy does not apply to mistakes made by customers who provided inaccurate shipping details on their order(s) or missing package delivery.)

4.4 Returns & Refund

Most of the time, all we need is a photo that clearly illustrates the defect in the product and the order number to replace faulty goods or an inaccurate order.

Please get in touch with our customer care department to return your purchases. Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.`

Please be aware that worn items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Items that were successfully delivered to consumers within 30 days and are brand-new and unused are eligible for returns or exchanges. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted after 30 days have passed since the products were received.
