At yost.store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make returns and refunds easy.

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and labels intact.

To initiate a return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the item back.

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item and you can cancel your order for most items within 24 hours of placing your order.

Return Cost

We will cover the return shipping costs if the product is defective on our part. If you are returning an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
